It's time for fresh ideas and a new start at Flexocraft.

With a change in ownership, it was time to review the entire business – to find what we could do to keep our old customers enthusiastic with our work -- and to bring new customers on board. We questioned many of you as well as our suppliers and other professionals in the field. We searched out sources on our own.. We looked into procedures to see where we could improve.

One of the first things was to review our staff and their needs – to see if there was a way they could improve with newer technology now available. As result we sent them to Clemson and DuPont to learn the very latest techniques – and more about the product we made and the one we expected to produce. This we knew would be a definite asset to you. It gave us a background to produce excellent, consistent color and exactly what you ordered.

We looked at our price structure and made sure it was more than competitive with other flexo businesses; in fact, we were less expensive – a definite advantage to you in a cost-cutting economy. We felt with innovations we could continue this margin.

One item that was high on our customer list was to expand our capabilities to wide web and high definition plates. This was accomplished with the purchase of new equipment. However, we will still continue to carry plates from different manufacturers and of different thicknesses. We offer a quick turn-around on a product that is quality-made
